Sample Functional Training Circuit

To complete this workout, perform two or three rounds, moving through the exercises in order. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds. Rest for 1 to 2 minutes between rounds.

1.   Squat to Overhead Press (Push)
